Ethical and sustainability principles

As a leading provider of high-quality interim management services in Switzerland, AIM Ad Interim Management AG is committed to high ethical standards and to striking a sensible balance between its economic, environmental and social interests. We are committed to the ten principles of the UN Global Compact (relating to human rights, labour standards, the environment and anti-corruption) and integrate sustainability into all our thoughts and actions. We ensure that our energy consumption is appropriate and minimised to our needs, and we promote a healthy and appropriate working environment for our employees.

We always act respectfully, fairly and in accordance with the law. Human rights, integrity and equal treatment are essential to us. We reject child labour, do not discriminate against anyone and avoid business relationships with sanctioned countries. We stand for responsible action, decency, respect and fairness – as the basis for trust among our employees, customers, network partners and society.

Environmental policy

As Switzerland's number one interim management company, we also focus on sustainable solutions and responsible environmental management. We avoid environmental pollution and strictly adhere to environmentally friendly behaviour, know and comply with legal requirements, and thus continuously improve our environmental performance.

Our specific priorities: 

  • Promotion of recycling and resource-saving use of materials
  • Compliance with all legal and contractual obligations
  • Raising awareness of energy and environmental issues 
  • Regular review of our environmental goals

Quality principles

Every AIM employee, whether a partner or an employee, bears a high level of individual responsibility for quality and its further development in the interests of customer benefit. We are the only interim management provider in Switzerland certified according to ISO 9001:2015, which allows us to continuously improve and develop our quality standards in a focused and targeted manner. 

Workplace policy

Safe and healthy working conditions, in particular a functional, efficient and high-quality office infrastructure, are a priority for us. Here, too, the focus is on customer benefit. By actively involving our employees and providing ongoing training, we not only promote proactive shared responsibility, but also boost our employees' motivation. They are a key component of our distinctive and unique AIM corporate culture, which has been in place for 25 years now.
