We place high demands on our AIM experts and therefore select them carefully. As an interim manager (m/f), you bring along a very good education, several years of leadership or project management experience and clearly identifiable core competencies as mandatory requirements. We offer you a first-class, attractive as well as renowned network platform and carefully check whether we will have presumable mandate inquiries for your profile and which market opportunities present themselves. We personally accompany and advise our interim managers (m/f) in every phase of their assignment and handle all processes - from remuneration to the reference letter of the interim manager (m/f) - in an exemplary manner and to their best benefit. They should have the same understanding of interim management as we do, which means: - Interim Management is the solution of the problem - on the job - for the best customer benefit. Interim Management is not "a gap to be filled between two permanent positions". - You deliberately want to be in the interim and project management business for a long-lasting, successful collaboration. - For you - just like for us - interim management is a profession and a vocation. You are a full service provider for the customer and want to create added value for their benefit. You are familiar with modern management tools. You have achieved proven success as a project manager. You have experienced, accompanied or led change processes. You are flexible, results-oriented, and have strong implementation skills. You are fluent in English as a working language. You want the ME company. You are not looking for a permanent position. You have your residence in Switzerland. You have completed the self-assessment test below. The process to become an AIM Expert, step by step **Requirements clarification** You have read the "Requirements to become an AIM expert" and meet all the requirements. **Send documents**  If you are already an interim manager or consider interim management as your new profession, send us your documents in English. Please send your application to [netzmanagement@aim.ch](mailto:netzmanagement@aim.ch). **Analysis of your CV** AIM will analyze your CV and check your market opportunities in order to place you through our network. **Personal interview** The interview is used to get to know each other, to complete your documents and information and to proceed with reference checks. **Network agreement** If, after the interview, both parties are interested in working together, we draw up the network agreement that governs our future collaboration.
